Returns and refunds
Original creations are not eligible for returns or refunds.  Prints can be exchanged or eligible for store credit.  The return must be made within 30 days and the item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Use the Contact page to start a return and note your order number in the message.  The buyer will be responsible for packing and shipping the return at their expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Use the Contact page to let us know if you have an issue.
